常用于金屬件的表面噴砂處理，如散熱器，型材，摩托車剎車盤，電子煙，U盤，充電寶，手機(jī)殼，汽車剎車片，飛機(jī)行李架，汽車行李架，電視機(jī)框，鋼板材，合金板材等
關(guān)于機(jī)器的安裝與操作
噴砂機(jī)應(yīng)安放在工作場(chǎng)地平整堅(jiān)實(shí)的地面上，不需要地腳螺栓。
1.壓縮空氣源用壓縮空氣軟管（1.5寸）連接氣源到噴砂機(jī)過濾調(diào)壓閥進(jìn)氣接頭處。
2.將380V的電源用40安的開關(guān)接安裝噴砂機(jī)的附近（三相五線六平方）。
3.保養(yǎng)：定期給噴砂機(jī)的活動(dòng)部位加黃油，軸承等活動(dòng)部位的運(yùn)作處順滑。
操作程序
a.磨料的裝入
根據(jù)加工需要選擇適當(dāng)?shù)哪チ涎b入設(shè)備內(nèi)，先開啟風(fēng)機(jī)，再將磨料慢慢倒入噴砂機(jī)的加工艙（2-3包）。
b.壓縮空氣壓力的調(diào)節(jié)
按工作需要調(diào)節(jié)過濾器壓閥控制進(jìn)入噴槍的壓縮空氣壓力，工作壓力可在2.8－7bar范圍內(nèi)選擇。
c.灰塵的清理
每隔8小時(shí)清理一次灰塵，具體操作為：按下除塵開關(guān)三到五次，使除塵布袋振動(dòng)抖落灰塵，關(guān)閉電源開關(guān)，然后打開除塵箱，用容器盛住灰塵倒掉。
d.機(jī)器操作方法
A、開啟電源開關(guān)，照明燈亮，分離器電機(jī)啟動(dòng)。
B、開啟噴砂開關(guān)，噴頭對(duì)加工零件進(jìn)行噴射加工。
C、加工完畢后，依次關(guān)閉噴砂開關(guān)，風(fēng)機(jī)，總電源。
D、如果還需要繼續(xù)加工零件，中間不需要關(guān)斷分離器及照明電源。
E、下班后停止工作，應(yīng)關(guān)斷分離器和照明電源。
